What is the fireproof material used in Fire Wallets and similar tricks? I'd like to buy the fabric, or whatever material it is.

Kevlar.
You can get it by the roll from sites like HomeOfPoi.com but I wouldn't be surprised if you could find it cheaper elsewhere.
