On Youtube there is a video of Lou Hilario who performs a nice Instant Magicians routine where he pulls a silk out of a change bag. The silks shows a rabbit with no face. Instead of the face there is hole in the silk so the magician can hold the silk in front of the assisting child and the child can put his head in the hole:

Does anybody know a dealer who sells such a silk or a company who could produce such a silk?

I don not want to buy one know, but probably in the future.
