Hi folks,
How would you like students to follow up on items they find interesting here? When you're reading something on the Café and want to follow up by looking at source(s) cited; What do you find the easiest way to read a citation to item found in a book (including edition) a magazine a DVD * something else? What scans as most consistent to your eye, and what do you imagine would be simplest for a parsing program to unravel into something akin to URLs later on? Options and opinions welcome. Thanks in advance, JonT I've been using the built in feature ("[ url=https:.....] and [/url ]") for URLs and limiting my work to online sources, linking to an image of a book page where needed via my faceook page. looking for better.

At the basic level, I would like a search engine that provides ONLY the items requested - like they once did.

How would you post citation items to improve search engine results? GIGO, +paid stuf. What would give relevant links a better chance to get followed by a student?

The student's evaluation of said link as relevant is no trivial learning.
