Does it make sense to get into the twisting routine as a guess at a selected card...where you're playing at revealing their card without explicitly naming it?

A card is chosen, replaced, shuffle shuffle. Performer goes through deck, pulls out four face down cards. "I sense it's one of these..." Three are wrong and the fourth twist gets the prize.

Should it be three indifferent cards, or the three mates of the chosen one, with each twist almost right?
