It looks like someone shrunk a napkin dispenser and added a belt clip.

How many pieces of flash paper will it hold?

Does it hold any standard size, like 2 inch by 3 inch? Or will trimming be necessary?

What's the deal with going to the page that sells flash paper and seeing a giant $5 on the left and then being presented with two options - 11.99 and 8.99? Is there some $5 option I'm not seeing?

The size of the paper is 4cm x 5cm or roughly 2" x 1.5". I know the flash pads from TheaterFX are 2" x 3" so those can just be cut in half to be the right size for Flash Ninja.

Correct, they would have to be cut down to fit the way it's taught in the video.

So, this is an obvious question probably, but this doesn't help ignite it does it. He looks like he's throwing fireballs upon pulling it out from the delivery system. I wish I had a way to light it without having to fish for a lighter in my pocket. Kind of like a self lighting match with the striker being right there.

Agree! I guess if this http://ahouseoffire.com/p183p.html could be on a pull, then it would work. Or it looks like this may work as well: http://ahouseoffire.com/p58p.html or maybe this http://ahouseoffire.com/p16p.html

You can inquire to the owner (Rick) explain what you want to do and I guarantee he will tell you which one would work. Rick is a great person!

Bought this and returned it. Once loaded, the paper would not pull easily through the device without tearing. Took about 3 weeks to convince Ellusionist that I was loading the paper correctly, and setting up the unit as per instructions. I ended up filming everything so that they could see that it simply was not working as advertised. A lot of wasted time.

Wow, so much trouble for just returning a product you don't like. That is what Ellusionist is up today. Printing Cards by mediocre printing companies and selling a bunch of not working products. Flash Ninja is totally scam because you can easily build that gimmick for urself from a normal cigarette paper dispenser, which I think are sold for a few cents at some grandma's little convenient store. I rebuild this thing for about 2 or 3 dollars and it worked better then this product. Totally scam, highly don't recommend this. It's garbage, unless you wanna look out for the routins Mr. Theung teaches in the videos, which are not that revolutionary. Don't waste your money on this!

I just purchased the Flash Ninja and it is exactly as described. Good way to store your flash paper until needed. Sure, as mentioned above, you could make your own but Terry Cheung has done a lot of leg work on this and is efficient. The video is very good quality and Cheung does a good job explaining.
