I'm looking for a quality source to buy an quarter S***. What I'd like to find is a heads up and NOT a tails side. I had a heads S*** but unfortunately lost it during a show.
Unfortunately - I find that a tails side is much more common - the head S***'s are harder to find. I'd also like to find a s*** with the new quarter head side on it. Thank you for your help. Kindest Regards, -George Tait |

Quarter ] are available from Johnson products. I'd be surprised if they were the only suppliers.

You can call whomever you order from and ask them if they have one. Most well stocked shops have them.

What is so bad about tails [ ? They are probably better because they don't show the date and therefore can't be remembered even by the most observant spectator.
Why do you want a heads s*** so much? K of D

If you want to be able to borrow quarters, I suggest that you just have a heads side state quarter s**** made.

You can also try Todd Lassen, http://www.toddlassen.com. You won't be disappointed.

K of D, the heads side on all state quarters looks the same. The tail side has the date and looks different depending on the particular state. On "old" quarters, the tails side looks the same on all quarters and the head side has the date.

My only quarter (1997) must be an old one then..
Thanks for making that clear! K of D

Since you're interested in ]s you may want to check out Dean Dills "Extreme Dean" DVDs, if you haven't already. He does some amazing work with ]s.

I would just do like a few people said and either go with Todd Lassen or Jamie Schoolcraft. Im getting ready to have Jamie make me a few things. He re-edges some of his stuff to make the coins look way cleaner. Its only a little more for this service, but way more worth it. Johnson is cool but the quality just doesn't compare to these 2 guys above. Sure if you want one for only 20 bucks then johnson or sasco are some good companies. If you want quality like no other then just spend a little more to be a lot happier.
