I've read on a FB group that JC might have passed, but it's the same group that claimed Rachel Colombini died although from a different person.

Unfortunately, it's true. He was a great creator of magic. What a mind! In the 90s, I did his TT all the time. Loved it!

At the FISM congress in Brussels (1979) he blew away 2000 magicians with a magnificent memorized deck trick.
He was a 1st prize winner at FISM that year. He will always be remembered for his "Cornelius Flash" and his "Shrinking card case". He was indeed maybe the most creative magician in the late seventies and eighties. May he rest in piece. |
