Would anyone know what a good source would be for the plans to the following illusion: "this great illusion is a variant of the pole spiker illusion. Assistant is placed into box, two large square tubes are shoved through the box followed by twenty poles in every direction. Two small doors on the top of the illusion pop open and your assistant sticks her hands out to show that she is still inside. Everything is removed, the door is opened, and out comes the assistant unharmed." Thanks for your help.

It looks like something that Rand Woodbury might have devised, but the only reference I can find to it is the Magic Auction listing that you found.
I'll keep looking, though, and see what I can find. Amos McCormick

One way it looks like Cube Zag and the other like a spiker addition. Check http://www.malloymodernmagic.com and also tilfordillusions.com.
