It looks very interesting... but one question remains... can you do this with any coin? Or do you have to gimmick a coin? Or do you simply get a gimmicked coin? I would love to know for my decision on if I want to buy it or not.

Any silver colored coin, that you sort of gimmick yourself. Not impromptu from what I understand.

Is the gimmick refillable without having to buy the DVD over and over again?

It doesn't look like SM offers refills, but the review (1:29 of the video) says you can buy the materials from any convenience store at a low price.

Had the possibility to watch it and it's exactly what I thought: Bionic Coin combined with the old "coin vanishing pen trick".

It seems a very valid question? Are the gimmicks for a particular size of coin? Does the download explain how to replace or remake more gimmicks? I am in UK and can't use Chinese or American coins . Can anyone help please?

The gimmick can be used with most coins as long as they are silver color.
Once you watch the DVD (it's not a download), you know where to get the material to make the gimmick. It comes with a lot of material for you to make a lot of gimmicks. You don't have to use Chinese or American coins. |

Thanks for the answer CMR .
But I'm beginning to smell a rat here. I think I can guess the method as its not original, entirely. And I don't see how any supplied gimmick could fit any silver coin . I guess they mean any coin smaller than the gimmick in which case you are effectively making your own gimmick from the material . This would involve a degree of craft and skill. I have attempted this previously and never found it looks convincing . Certainly not to handle it the way Jason does from hand to hand. So.… Has anyone successfully made up this gimmick on an under 30 cm coin , such that they felt it could be flipped and placed in a spectators hand , as shown in the trailer ? |

Yes it looks good but not practical in the real world.
