I am hoping to get some crediting help for an affect which I believe is titled “Miracle Card Prediction” (although that may be wrong).
I was sure that I owned the book that contains this affect, but upon searching meticulously I am unable to find it. I believe the book that it is in was published in the mid-1900s. The basic affect is a playing card prediction, and without giving too much away the effect uses a wine glass in the duplicate playing card. If that rings a bell to anyone, an you happen to know the author and/or the source of the effect, please let me know. Thanks in advance! Paul |

Have a look at Glenn G. Gravatt's "A Curious Coincidence" in "Greater Magic", page 440 ff. ... later versions were "streamlined" by using sticky cards... Jan

Thanks Jan, I took look and this is not the one I am looking for. The one in question uses only one ungimmicked deck.
BTW, the "speech to text" on my phone changed "effect" to "affect"...I do know the difference! lol |
