(the eBook version is free, just go to the site HERE and follow the instructions) It’s an amazing essay that should be essential reading for anyone contemplating getting into the mystery field, In fact, everyone should read it more than once, as there’s so much wisdom in it that no one could absorb it all in one reading. I love your advice about being sincere, ethical and real. I’ve thought a great deal about inner and outer reality over the years, but you’re the only person I know of who’s explained it in such a clear, concise way. I hope I’ll be able to bring more enchantment and wonder to my audiences after reading Birreal. Richard Webster At any length this is very important information for a Mentalist (or any mystery) performer! Many supposed mentalists just do not get the truth of what you have written. Many of us (including me) have made the mistake of thinking the secret method is what will make us great performers, but what you have written is what really works. When I was a child, I thought that knowledge is power and I still think that today! Knowledge that you have shared in this work is extremely rare and I have never seen it better expressed than what you have written. Congratulations and thank you! Millard Logman Very thought provoking and one of the the things I now measure everything mysterious I do against. Elias Staunmacher You really think a lot about a lot of things, little details and so on. It also sharpens my mind again about performing and creating miracles. Thanks again for sharing! John Anders Im loving Birreal! Im looking forward to applying a new mindset to the work Mat Rose Welcome to "Birreal", a paradigm of understanding Mystery Performance. This body of work is the result of more than a decade of real world practice, reflection and studies in different fields such as Mystery Performance, Psychology, Philosophy, Hermetic teachings and Arts. This book is aimed to all levels of expertise. It does not matter if you are a beginner in the Mystery Performance Arts, or you are a professional searching for new understandings, the content of this book can potentially offer you new insights and better quality performances. "Birreal" is full with ideas that you can start to apply immediately, with one goal in mind: transform you in a constructive manner as Mystery Performer so you can let people experience your goals in performance in an effective manner. With the Birreal Paradigm you will be able to understand in a deeper manner what you are actually doing during performance, breaking the reductionist concepts that we sometimes use to allow your audience to perceive a deeper mysterious experience. You will learn the concept of "Inner Reality", "Outer Reality", "Co-Reality", "Artifacts" and other ideas that you can adapt to your performance. Although this paradigm was created for my own Mentalism study and performance , Birrealism is completely applicable to Magic. We have a wonderful opportunity as Mystery Performers to share new experiences for others, and maybe you do not need more effects to impact others in a deeper manner, but new conceptions about what you do.

I take it back! I've always claimed that Amira uses this forum for nothing apart from selling his stuff... Here he is just very kindly offering this free. You just have to sign up to his website, so that he can promote his stuff to you...................................... So kind of him.

Want a free book that someone spent a lot of effort to write, sign up for his website. You could do what many do, sign up for the free item then unsubscribe. Instead you would rather complain about something for FREE. Do you complain to big name creators that do the same thing here? There are plenty on these boards that do exactly what Amira is doing. So thanks Amira, I am sure many here appreciate your kind offer. This place NEVER ceases to amaze me with the sheer idiocy sometimes. |

You clearly have no idea what this is about, Marvin. I don’t know if you are bad at reading, a friend of Pablo or just like to call people on the Café idiots. But dyoun’s point was that Pablo, much like you, likes to crap on the Café while at the same time use it to sell his stuff. It’s clearly stated in the post. But I gues I am an idiot, so you might not be interested.

"If something is free, that means you're the commodity." I did check the link... So you mean, that you're not doing this to build up you email database so that you can increase future sales? Of course you are. that's not being harsh, that's just fact. Forgive me for asking, but do you pay for advertising on the Café at all? Honest question.

Anyone interested in Mentalism Center can sign to our newsletter, of course, , we will be glad to receive any serious student of Mentalism in our list as part of the community, but the eBook version of "Birreal" doesn't ask for any of that, just a simple reply to know the person in a a deeper manner. Your precision of language about this "place" and not "people" is fundamental. I love Mentalism but sadly in this forum the interaction is so toxic sometimes that separates us, blocking a healthy conversation in our differences. Im always open to talk privately, but as soon as the arguments are as lower as "straw man" argument (which is quite normal in here), there is nothing that I can contribute to that dynamic, and silence is the best reply.

Pablo, the only reason you dislike this place is because you are frequently called out on your releases. Whether it be lack of crediting, unoriginality, just plain unworkable or any other reason, I have seen you shrug off valid criticism with an overly positive "well we can't all like the same thing". You don't engage because your key goal, in my opinion, is to maximise sales before too many people comment.
There are aspects of the Café I dislike but they are largely down to the lack of intelligence sometimes displayed by magicians. That's not an accusation you dare throw at people who comment on your releases. |

If anyone thinks that I am not original, that I don't offer proper respect to our giants and masters, it is completely fine. I will still do it, because I feel that all the efforts that we do at Mentalism Center are truly moving the state of the art into new places of understanding. This is not about me at all. Some people are uncomfortable with the notion that their criticism don't have the effect that they desire, and again, I am fine with that. I truly take positive criticism in consideration, while avoid negative one. Other completely different thing is to see what is normally seeing in here, and I am replying to you now because I don't see what I normally read, which is personal attacks. That's a key difference that we must avoid, and a normal trap whenever we feel negative toward other person, due prejudge, mainstream action or other motivation. Yes, it feels nice to say nasty things, but it doesn't contribute to a healthy community. Besides that, we really don't know the person behind that screen. I can read negative criticism without feeling devaluated, but I am worried for those who are not in that position, for real. There is other thread in which they debate the meaning of "bullying", and without going technical with it, this forum IS a place of cyber-bullying without a doubt, and we must be careful about it. Mentalism Center is a business, yes, but my main goal with all my daily efforts in Mentalism as creator and performer is to contribute in any way that I can. If that pursuit annoys some people in a way or other, that is completely fine and in their right to express their own opinion. The niche of Mentalism is very small, and I know that just being deaf to the community is not a good marketing strategy. I hear the community that interacts with Mentalism Center in a daily basis, and the site is transforming with them in a healthy space for everyone to offer their unique opinion and view in respectful ways. Thanks for your respectful reply, and I hope that everyone interested in "Birreal" can be in touch.

Pablo, I can't actually remember the last time I saw a personal attack on here. Maybe I am lucky, maybe I read the wrong threads.

The "bullying" Pablo refers to in another thread consists of somebody complaining about a lack of quality and false advertising by Emma Wooding. Those complaints were confirmed by several other people, all respected Café-members with a vast knowledge of mentalism. They paid with their hard-earned money and were disappointed by what they received in return.
So... what's REALLY happening here, when Pablo starts to call that "bullying"? IMO Pablo is trying to bully people into not speaking their mind on the Café about his releases. That is an attempt at undermining a critical function of the Café and one of things we do here most: freely discuss what we like, what we don't like and why. Pablo, calling valid criticism bullying is... bullying. Look in the mirror and stop hiding your commercial intentions behind those pseudo-esoteric phrases. Thank you.

I don’t think I’ve ever bought anything from Pablo. Maybe I have, but don’t recall.
That said. every time he posts a new offering I think, ugh, as most of his releases have underwhelming feedback and comments. Why not stop releasing material until you have something truly exceptional to put out? |

I know this will seem like "negative criticism" or "bullying", so you probably won't answer Pablo... But yes or no, do you pay for advertising on the Café? Just wanted to clear this up, in case Im mistaken.
