Hi all!
I have modified a wooden cardbox to make a change box, and I quite happy with the result; the question is: can someone point me in the right direction, I'l like to find a nice routine for this box? I'm trying to avoid a basic card change... Thanks for reading, take care, these times are creepy...

Could also use it as a utility device like a Himber wallet rather than openly used to effect a change.

You're in luck! There was an abundance of excellent routines using card boxes in the first half of the twentieth century. I recommend trawling through The Jinx, The Phoenix, and Hugard's for inspiration. While they've fallen by the wayside, many of these tricks are still outstanding.
As a jumping off point, I would recommend Arthur Monroe's unhinged masterwork, Voodoo. |

Oooh Rupert, thank you for reminding me the wonderful Voodoo! I'll check out the early 19th litterature I may have, after all I'm stuck home like everybody else...
