Too bad so many dealers are like Hocus Pocus and just don’t seem all that willing to try that hard. I mean, they will if you point out a problem. Sure, they’ll fix it for you. But if this issue of missing instructions happened to the 10 top dealers I bet 8 of them wouldn’t bother to make a note of it or correct it. They just figure if there is a problem then people will let them know. But how hard would it be to fix it once and for all?
There is not a lot of attention to detail with most magic dealers. I have to chuckle at all the typos in EVERY email newsletter I get from Stevens Magic. And a while back I ordered a Magic Wagon prop from them and received 2 of them by mistake. Fortunately for them I let them know and returned one but not everyone would have been so honest. What’s the rush with these guys? Why not slow down and do things right and keep their customers happy without making them contact you so you can make it right? Sorry, just a pet peeve. Seems to be worse with the old-timers for some reason. |

Videoman yes, what annoys me most is that apparently they are very aware of the problem but they are doing nothing at all to fix it. Instead they just keep sending these expencive sets without any instructions included.
BTW it wasn't hard to find out the workings but it shouldn't have to be like this. Also I wish to read the instruction the creator wrote, hoping for some tips and or presentaion ideas I didn't think of or know about |

And another day past by and still NO REACTION, NO USERGUIDE, waiting for more than 3 days and NO HELP from Hocus Pocus
