I made some mismade €€ bills a while ago, I'm not sure that would still be doable today in € currency...
BTW, except the money aspect of the trick, is that somewhat different from Torn 2 Pieces by Shawn Farquhar ? |

I forgot about Torn 2 Pieces. Yeah, I believe both tricks work the same way.

Torn to pieces is based on this trick and Shawn credited Dan in the release

T2P isn't technically based on Crazy Eights, as I had never seen it, but Dan created his years before me and it was the right thing to do to give him credit. Dan is such a good guy and is amazingly creative. Dan and I recently found out that the method is neither of ours as T. Nelson Downs created an effect using the same principle before either of us were born. Richard Kaufman found a reference to it in one of T. Nelson Downs notebooks. *Knowing is half the battle - G.I. I think the other versions are a little more accessible than Crazy Cash, at least to us in Europe.

I ended up getting the download as I was intrigued by Dan's handling of the Serial Numbers and the bill sw*tch used. Currently waiting for the uncut sheet in the mail. Ordered a 20 bill sheet, should give me about 5 gimmicks.

A sheet of 20 makes 5 gimmicks.

You're sure about that?
A 5x4 would give you 12, and a 10x2 would give you 9, if I'm not mistaken. But what do I know.

Well, I guess not then.
It looked like a mis-made bill to me. Like I said, what do I know. My apologies.

If I'm remembering the product video correctly, Dan even states that a 20 sheet makes 5 gimmicks.

I now understand why a sheet of 20 gives you 5 gimmicks.
