Mantel, are you entirely sure the thread you link to (from 2011) is about the same product? The ad copy from the latest release seems to refer to new features.

Old one was a fork, new one is a spoon (and 1/2 the price). Pretty clearly a new product based on the same technology.

It's a matter of what is better? a fork or a spoon?
fork makes more sense to me as I can connect it with other fork bending routine. and blossom by will tsai is cheaper. it is on sale at the online magic store for $90 (originally $190). https://www.theonlinemagicstore.com/prod......blossom/ i have been debating on it. |

Shame this technology will never be practical for real world strolling.

I'm guessing the stress of bending / unbending will eventually crack the metal?

The reset and transport requirements are the pain...not to mention that this stuff never stays truly straight at room temp.

Can you believe Ellusionist already has discontinued this?
I just got mine in the mail last week. Not really an improvement but a spoon. Still they really don’t try and support what they sell. That’s why I won’t buy another Gaff deck from them unless they make it in Mandolin, Maiden or Phoenix back. As they pull the plug to quick on card designs. |

I was wrong the next “new” and “innovative” product from Ellusionist is “Stack Watch V2”!
