I did a quick search and found out that I'm not the only one experiencing this.

About two weeks ago I sent out a PM to ask about some books listed for sale and we proceeded with the transaction. Just this morning I woke up to a notification of a new PM. It turns out that while I was sleeping, a duplicate PM was sent from my account asking the same question I had sent previously (about book availability) as two weeks ago, and this time I got a reply that the books had been sold.


This exact thing happened to me a few months ago, but I brushed it off as a one time glitch.

We were never able to find a reason for this or any glitches in our system. Typically when it happens, it's within a few hours but this is the first I've heard of it happened weeks apart. It's not something that it only happening on the Café. Yesterday I received a regular email from the Mayor of my town responding to a message I had sent him last month and that he had responded to.
