It's something wonderful, among the many routines the one with rose petals and spreading the love are worth ten times the price of the book (and I'm keeping it low). Hi everyone!

I just finished reading Shabará by Luca Volpe. I really enjoyed it! As a mentalism book, it’s a concept completely different to everything that I’ve read before. It’s the first time, after reading the “effects” section I didn’t really care about the “methods” part… Because, as a matter of fact, there’s no such thing as an “effects” section in this book. In the first half of the book, which in my opinion is the best part, you’re not really reading the description of a routine, but instead you’re reading a story. A story that really hooked me and inspired me.
This book is not about the methods or the routines explained, even though Luca teaches a few very nice ideas, but it’s about the inspiration to be creative and to think of our shows as meaningful experiences, with a message, a lesson or a feeling that will stay with our spectators long after the show, and that will even help them in some way in their lives. And that’s in my opinion, the real power of magic.
Congrats Luca on this inspiring book!
