Why did a ouija board warehouse have 5 individual freezers?

To hold the bodies that they knew were coming?

In 1921 a freezer would have been an expensive waste of money in a ouija warehouse.

Jack, they weren't kept in a Ouija warehouse. The warehouse was a series of warehouses. The Ouija warehouse was actually a former packing warehouse for the meat production industry, the freezers were used during shipping and were left in the warehouse when it was abandoned.
