Just discovered this variant of the "Tally Ho" spelling trick. Pulled out an old Fox Lake deck and can see how it works (obviously) with "Fox Lake", "playing" and "cards" -- but there is no equivalent of "Dougherty."
I can't find a place that has the effect, except in books. If anyone can give me a hint as to the missing word to use in the Fox Lake case, I'd appreciate it. Or if anyone knows an inexpensive route to purchasing the description???? Regards, Phil |

As a follow up, I know it was published in "The Compleat Magick, Volume 1" -- but that is hard to find a copy. Plus I suspect the price would be crazy.
