You can learn to make it look like you can control exactly when it falls.

If it's like the original, you could not control exactly when it drops (not in the same sense that you can with magnet-o), but you can more or less "set" it to take longer or shorter, and with a little practice, you can probably figure out how to "set" it to the specific time you need. But then you need to do some accurate counting in your head.

I have the original. So, the only difference in that and this is the ability to write with it I guess.
