What happens if the spectator moves their hand away while performing the effect? Will this ruin the trick and expose the method? Looks a bit like Hover Card but done horizontally.

Im not sure it being signed really is a selling point here, but whatever
 Looks like one of Alan Rorrison's tricks from Digits of Deception, with perhaps slightly better angles.

If the spectator can’t look under the card while it’s levitating then this is a total waste of time and money.

Alan Rorrison released a download sometime ago, a couple years ago I believe, that looks exactly like this and was only $10. Sorry, can't remember the name of it.
