Hi Folks, I assume it's a good effect or I wouldn't have bought it, but...I can't identify it.

The deck consists of 52 blank faced (normal - no roughing, short or anything) Bike cards in a blue box. Then there are the three extras: Red backed AC with a lips stamp on the bottom. Also a 4H, blank back, and finally 9C with a white bike back. This card has a hole punched, face lower left that almost takes out one club symbol - the hole is a little smaller than a quarter. The (blue) box has '2013' on the bottom if this helps.
