I'd suggest cremation, it fills all your requirements

Stuntman,
I take it from your handle that you are either doing stunt work or wanting to learn to do stunt work. I’ve done some, when I worked as an actor while in college, and I have the scars, burns and broken bones to prove it. I write this just to let you know what you’re getting into; there is a price to be paid for this kind of “fun”. As to your question about a full body burn, the equipment that you will need is extremely expensive and has to be custom made for your body. To begin with you will need to be covered with Nomex from head to toe, that will set you back a few hundred dollars, and that’s just the undergarment. A fireproof outer shell has to be molded specifically to your body, and you will need to carry your own air supply. (Fire consumes all available air, and you’ll be completely covered in fire.) What I’m trying to say is that unless you have a very large sum of money to invest in this, please do not attempt it. Aside from the custom safety equipment that you will have to purchase to attempt this stunt, you will also need a crew of trained professionals around you to do the stunt. And when I say trained professionals, I mean trained professionals! I saw a video of a professional stunt man who foolishly decided to do a full body burn during his birthday party. Instead of have a trained crew around him, he asked some friends to put him out, and guess what, HE NEARLY DIED because his buddies didn’t know what they were doing. This one’s best left to the pros.

If you've got 2800 bucks burning a hole in your pocket (hahaha!) then try the United Stuntmen's Association International Stunt School in Washington State, http://www.stuntschool.com.

Do you want to do this for the frat guys at a party? Is getting badly burned for a few seconds of "wow" really worth it? Or are you just trying to look cool? If so, don't. As miracle man shows post shows, great post by the way, even the professionals get burned. Anyway, there's no way you'll perfom it without thousands in insurance, if you're allowed to do it at all.

There is no guaranteed safe way for anyone to light themselves on fire.
Even professionals take a risk (along with appropriate precautions) when doing so. Don't even think about trying it. BroDavid
