Ed Marlo has it when it comes to that.
But don't you think bottom deals are easier to learn?

For second deal: "second to none" of Simon Lovell is GREAT. For the pass, read "the pass" by Gary Ouellet. It describes in detail each and every detail which make a pass (different varieties of it) a killer sleight.

I also learnt the strike second from Ed Marlo's Cardician DVD... I later bought his Revolutionary Card Technique.

My vote also goes to Simon Lovell's "Second to None" book.

Highly recommended!

Of course, Marlo's Seconds, Centers and Bottoms (either as a separate booklet or the chapter from Revolutionary Card Techniques).

I just do a strike as if I'm going to do a double. Then I deal the second as I kill the wrist slightly.
