Crazy Sam's Handcuffs is a totally different approach to the plot. It is relatively easy to learn. The "pinch and switch" that you saw is actually Crazy Man's Handcuffs which is incorporated into part of his routine so it isn't something that you will have to learn from scratch.

Just re-opened this one to practice some more, and I'm amazed at how completely sh*tty the production values are on this tutorial.
DOn't worry - it's a terrific trick and you CAN learn from it. So the basics are covered. But for $25 you get a tutorial that is basically a filmed zoom session. Probably looks okay on a phone, but on a normal sized computer screen it is blurry and just horrible. That's just the pictures. The tuition itself is poor and rushed, requiring multiple viewings to know what is going on. It's not quite a ripoff. As I say, the instructions are okay. They scrape in as 'adequate'. But VERY little care or thought have been given to the presentation and angles and, for a trick as excellent as this, whoever is responsible should be ashamed. |
