Any recommendations for a nest of wallets type of a thing that would work with a chosen and signed card and a mercury card fold. So basically instead of loading a coin you would load the folded card.

In smoke and mirrors by John Bannon, he used an old aspirin tin, which could easily be replaced with a small Altoids tin, which he put inside a larger tin, which was placed inside a velvet bag for the ending of a coin flurry.

Not a nest per se, but in the same vein of effect, is Jay Sankey’s Fort Knox. The signed card ends up inside a folded coin envelope which is inside the card box. The envelope fits in the box with the deck, so it’s practical while still having a strong impact. Mercury Fold, no extra fake cards to switch, and uses normal items that don’t raise suspicion.

I have a version of this somewhere. At worst you would have a nest of two wallets. At best, the folded card fits in place of the folded cloth and you have a nest of three.
