On his DVD, Barry Mitchell has a GREAT routine where a silk changes place with a battery that is in a torch! I liked the idea so much that I made one up from his design.
However, because I the workings of the trick, the torch doesn't work until the END of the trick when the battery is return to the torch. Also, it requires more then one battery (I don't think I'm giving too much away) I've just rewired the torch so it works regardless of whether it has a battery in it (Ok, a battery you can SEE) AND it has a second switch so that it ONLY works when I press the hidden button! That means the torch works at the start but when I give it out to a child, it doesn't work anymore! There is no point to this story except to say that if a ludite like me can create an electronic gizmo that ANYONE can! |

I think the point of the story is there. It's inspirational, to see someone use the word "ludite" in a post.

I put a delite at the end of one of my wands with a secert switch. I like using it in stead of two delites.

I have the original and it was from Fantasio. It's called "Magic Flashlight".

It would be even more inspirational if it were spelled correctly: Luddite (cap L, two ds). LOL! |

Maybe the wizard is so much of a Ludite he can't use a spell checker!
