I am looking for a mismatched deck of cards that has the entire deck in proper sequence on one end and shuffled and mixed on the other end.
That way you could fan a deck with all the cards in the correct order and then turn the deck over and fan the cards and get a shuffled mixed deck.
Does anyone make such a deck?

It is like the Magic Deception Deck (Also known as the Knockout Deck), but without the color back change.
That deck is a side-to-side mismatch. This would be a top-and-bottom mismatch.

But it is a Bicycle Rider deck and fanned the deck fresh out of the box, with all the cards in the correct order of numbers and suits.
Then while distracting the spectator. you rotate the deck and fan the cards and all the cards are out of order as a shuffled mixed deck.
You then rotate the deck over again and they are all back in order again.

Your patter is something about how your magic tutor taught you that a simple deck riffle could confuse a brand new unshuffled deck and mix the ordered deck of cards.
You do the riffle (for the noise only) and then when you fan show the cards, they are mixed up.
When you do the riffle a second time, all the cards return back into proper order.
