To be Honest I don't trust it for some reason. something bugs me about it plus does the seller have any proof it belonged to houdini. and Yes it might be true it does look like the trunk in this web site. http://hometown.aol.com/pkcull/meta.html and if the owner can document it it would be better. it will be the 9th picture down.

Ok then it is probally legit. it's just that there are some people on e-bay claiming a lot of things. before I dish out that type of money I'll like some documentation/proof that it actully was who the person claims it belonged to.

The seller is Patrick Culliton, renown collector and Houdini authority. I'm sure the truck is legit and that he has the necessary documentation to prove it. Just drop him an email, I'm sure he will be glad to help you. I've spoke to him in the past, he's a really nice guy.

Like I said it probally is. the guy has a bunch of stuff from what I hear I have e-mailed him and have yet to hear from him. also the way he put the ad it seems like he don't care if he sells it or not

That is a lot of cash. I know it is Houdini's trunk, but that is a lot of cash. I can buy half a house with that.
