Is there a braille book test out there anywhere?
While not a trick, per se, the first thing that came to my mind is the old stunt where you have three bowls of water. In the bowl on the left you have cold water. In the bowl on the right you have hot water. In between these two bowls is a bowl of water at room temperature. The left hand is placed in the cold water bowl. The right hand is placed in the hot water bowl. Keep each hand in for a moment. Then both hands are simultaneously placed in the center bowl - the one filled with room temperature water. The sensation of hot and cold will instantly reverse. In other words, the hand that was in the hot water will now feel cold, while the hand that felt cold due to it being in the cold water will now feel hot. I'm not sure how to turn it into an actual usable effect, especially for a deaf/blind person, but with sight and sound out of the question, tactile sensation might be the next best sense with which to create an illusion. Good luck!

Egads! What a challenge you have undertaken, my friend! May the winds of fortune blow your way!
Riddles, puns, lateral thinking exercises, twisting arm...stumped! Whew! Magic that relies only on the senses of touch, smell and taste to perceive...Body Magic! Tricks with Your Head -- Mac King. Wow!
Will you walk into my parlour? said the Spider to the Fly,
Tis the prettiest little parlour that ever you did spy; The way into my parlour is up a winding stair, And I've a many curious things to show when you are there. Oh no, no, said the little Fly, to ask me is in vain, For who goes up your winding stair -can ne'er come down again. |

A couple more thoughts:
I checked my copy of Body Magic and Chapter 5 has some effects that involve taste and smell that you might be able to incorporate. They're not too startling, but they might prove a good starting point. There are other effects in there as well that deal with the sense of touch. This is a hard-to-find, out-of-print book. But if you keep on the look out for it you can still find a used copy of it every once in a while. Another thought that might work is the old trick where the spectator puts both hands behind their back and places a coin in one hand, then brings out both hands, each closed into fists, and spreads their arms straight out all the way to their sides and the magician instantly identifies which hand holds the coin. You could simply tap the hand that holds the coin. Most magicians are familiar with the method (which, unfortunately, is not 100%), but with practice you can detect "that certain something" to a great degree of accuracy.

Another idea:
What about Nick Brown's Wonderland Bill? You could use a sheet of paper the size and shape of a dollar bill with braille writing on just one side of the paper. Allow the deaf/blind person to feel the configuration of the piece of paper, including the writing on the one side, say the side opposite them, and the cut-out "door" and the hole caused by that "door." The blind spectator then holds the cut-out door with one hand and feels with the other hand to make sure the writing is on the opposite side only while their side is blank. Do the effect and suddenly they have been "pulled through" the small hole so that they are now on the opposite side of the paper with the braille writing. They get a chance to hold, and hence, feel everything from start to finish. Their sense of touch confirms to them the same thing sighted individuals experience when they see this effect.

Wow, that is a toughy, the only thing I can think of is the rising card, using braille cards, if there are such a thing. You could place the deck in their hands and they could then feel the card rising out of its own accord... just and idea...
