Hi everyone

At Stonehenge, in two weeks time, there will be an attempt to set the world record for the largest number of fire breathers to breath fire in the same place at the same time. The attempt will be filmed and broadcast as part of The Guinness world records show 50th anniversary episode. The show will go out Internationally and is expected to reach 10 Million viewers!

If you breath fire, and want to be a world record breaker please let me know and I will pass your details onto the right people. This should be happening on August the 26th, so you need to let me know soon if you want to be involved.

What you get:

A great day out in Salisbury, in the company of other fire performers.
A small expenses fee (£10).
A certificate from Guinness to say you are a record breaker.
The chance to appear on International television.
The right to call yourself a world record holder!
It is hoped that Guinness might also provide T-Shirts for all the performers to commemorate the occasion.

Well the record was set tonight, it seemed to take for ever, everyone was freezing cold, due to be shown on ITV Record Breakers, 8pm Saturday. I stink of parrafin, gonna have a bath>>>> Goodnight.

Well that sounds cool. Congrats on the world record. I want one. Been trying to think of what I could do. Maybe I could be a record holder of most failed attempts to break a world record.

Ha, you say paraffin. We say Kerosene. My girlfriend is from Lancaster, Lancashire. I have composed a dictionary of all the different words and sayings we have. It could be published one day or just a remembrance of what all we had to learn when we first met. It's Northern UK to Southern U.S. I'll have to add Paraffin.

I couldn't believe the look she gave me when I told her upon seeing her that she was a "sight for sore eyes." Once I told her she was "built like a brick outhouse" and that one upset her pretty bad. We have the same sayings with different meanings. I was giving her what we consider the highest compliments. She took them as slander.

I'm rambling, or as you would say, waffling on.

Well Im still waiting for the certficate and still smelling of parrafin, these records are OK as a self indulgence but not worth a toss in the real world.

Do they make good wick material?
