I need to get a gimmicked ball for my chop cup. I have the big tannens cup and it came with a defective gimmick ball. I have red knit balls ( I think crochet balls) I'm not sure what size they are, but I'll probally just get a gimmicked and a non-gimmicked ball. So could someone tell me where I could get these balls.

Unless I am missing something here, you need to go to the source from which you purchased your chop cup and ask for the appropriate gimmick.

Jwilder is right. You should return the balls to Tannen's and they will probably send you a new set right out.
If you didn't purchase it from Tannen's call the people you purchased it from and tell them. Maybe they gave you the wrong balls. That can happen.

Dealers do have their moments. At age 10, I sent off for the Chen Lee Water Suspension. The instructions mentioned a plastic gimmick, and since I did not see one, I thought I'd dropped it and spent a long time searching through a roomful of shag carpet.

Thanks for all the responses. I sent an email to Tannens and I am waiting for a response. I feel stupid for not knowing that they would give me replacements.

Don't feel stupid. Sometimes the answer to a problem is so obvious that it doesn't seem to be the right one. If you want really fast results, phone them.
I had a problem with something I ordered from Tannen's years ago. It was, I felt, grossly misrepresented in the ads. I won't say what it was. But I had asked several questions before finalizing the purchase, and the answers they gave me provided the impetus to buy the item. It wasn't cheap. When it arrived, it was NOTHING like what I had seen in the ad. So I called them. After bickering for a few minutes, they finally admitted that the product really had been misrepresented, and due to the fact that I knew exactly how it worked before I purchased it they would give me a refund. The new managment is apparently a lot different. They realize now that in order to compete in the current market, they have to change the attitude that pervaded Tannen's in those old days. And they are doing something about it. At least that's the way I'm reading it.

Somehow, I miss the good old days when you could walk into a magic shop as a naive, young, starry-eyed magic wannabe and get screwed in person. (joke... luv ya, dealers!)

You still can. You just have to know where to go. I understand that there is a firm in Las Vegas that gives curb service.
Or maybe I'm mixing up my dealers. Never mind.
