I recently found a FINGER RING GAUNTLET. It is quite bizarre. I am thinking of doing a routine a bit like the Lord of the rings where PURE evil is infused into the gauntlet. I have an idea for the gauntlet to be worn and to find their fate etc... Any Ideas???????
Most magically yours, WR for a picture of the gauntlet click herehttp://www.crazycatgifts.com/armor002.htm

How about using it with 6 Tarot Cards. Show the 6 as 5 cards first. I'd use The Magician, The Lovers, The High Priestess, The Emperor, & The World. The 6th (not shown) would be The Devil (or The Tower, depending on how you want to end the effect).
Show the 6 as 5 by having The Devil on the bottom of the packet turned face down. The others will be on top face up. Have the ring in a box on the table and introduce it as the ring of fate. Explain that you are going to show them a few picture cards and as you show them they are to mentally select one but to keep it to themselves until all the cards have been seen. Now you will start flipping cards off the top as you name them placing them face down on the bottom of the packet. After the last card is named and flipped face down and placed on the bottom you ask for the card they mentally selected (Note: The Devil card is now the top most face down card unknown to the spectator). After they have told you the name of their card fan the card faces to yourself and grab their card out and lay it on the table in front of them. Now go in to your best pseudo reading for them using that card and now reach for the box with the ring in it. Take the lid off and place it in front of the spectator. To them the effect is over and you are going into some other bit of oddity. Pick the card up off the table and hold it for just a minute getting ready to do a top change. Turn the card face down and use it to point at the ring as you tell your tale of the ring of fate and the awsome power it contains for anyone who puts it on and makes a wish. In the off beat moment when they look at the ring to study this odd piece of arcane machinery do the dirty deed and switch the card. Ask the spectator if they would like to give it a try using the card they just chose. Here you put on your best poker face and turn it from face down to face you (spectator does not see the face) as you miss call The Devil card for the card they just chose a minute ago. If they say, "yes" then have them put the ring on their right index finger and hold it above the card and chant some incantation (your choosing) as they formulate their wish. Simultaneously as this is happening, top palm off their card and fan the other cards on the table face down. Now you can either go to your lap with the palmed card or to your pocket to clean up. Now, almost as an afterthought, explain they must use total concentration and have a pure heart to get their wish. Explain otherwise something might go wrong with the wish and it become corrupted. Have them remove the ring and place it back in the box. Tell them if they have followed the instructions to the letter then their card will have been transformed some how to indicate their wish is now in motion (ie. the card will be blank, the character will be missing from the picture, etc.). Turn the other 4 cards on the table to show they are still the same and now have the spectator turn over their card. As the Devil comes into view act horrified and tell them that the old adage must be true here, "If it sounds to good to be true it usually is!". Or something like that....
