Hundy is definitely NOT angle prone. Meanwhile, Slow Burn actually is. It's fine that you like Slow Burn better, but you're just making a ridiculous assertion here.

I don't own slow burn. I own Hundy 500, yet I use a modified handling that looks much more like Slow Burn. I the visual change of the bills kills people. I think it is superior to Greg's handling. I have neer been caught. ANda s far as the fold afterwards, I add a comment like I will put the money away, yet on second thought, I'll count it. etc. It looks natural and has a realistic motivation.
As far as borrowing money and doing it, I have done that as well. Misdirection, timing, switch, misdirection, done. Ken

I own both SlowBurn and Hundy 500 and prefer Hundy 500 because in my opinion, it has better angles.

After tonsssss of posts and reads I think most generally agree that Slowburn has a better visual change and Hundy 500 is more angle proof.
Ok....now lets move on..... |

Hundy 500 is SOLELY good and rated that high, because of Gregory Wilsons great handling and presentation. It's the MAN..and not the *trick*, as, as a *trick* it has been around for ages in form of Patrick Pages *invention* so many years back! The very best version of a stack of bills or papercuts to a stack of OTHER bills still is the version Fred Kaps created with Patrick Pages original invention as a basis..take it or leave it , and let me mention, I'm perfectly happy not too many have recognised that and do use it , I just wonder Be happy and do what you prefer and like...just don't think any of the above versions are the *ultimate* handling, only ppl like Greg Wilson can get the most out of it, others might not .... Wheather you call it Hundy 500 or Slowburn or Patrick Pages EZ (Easy) Money, the Fred Kaps handling and preparation still tops it all.. JMHO..and I've only done and used it since the midt 1970s..

I have never been busted doing Hundy. I perform mostly surrounded most of the time and Hundy, for me, is hard to beat. I don't own Slow Burn but I've seen the demo and while it looks quite nice, I don't think it would suit my style.

I though the Hundy DVD was a bit overpriced myself, until I saw the reactions the trick was getting. Well worth the money. People love this.

I do Hundy at least twice a day and it floors people especially when you let them hold a few bills. Now I'm wondering if it can be done with diffrent currency. For example 5 ones to 5, 10, 20 diffrent currency. Color wise.

One set was slightly longer (by about 1/8") and the other set was wider (by about 1/8"). I simply trimmed of the excess on each bill to match the other set's dimensions. In fact, I believe the original Pat Page effect uses blank paper changing into currency. So, it is the size of the paper that is critical. Mike

See I notice that Kroner here in Iceland is a bit smaller. I think I will try it this weekend.

Go to a store or restuarant where you know they won't accept US currency and offer the dollars to pay for a purchase. When the dollars are refused, then switch to the Kroners and offer them. Since you are modifiying the dollars to fit the Kroner size, the Kroners you end up handing out for the purchase will be unmodified genuine bills AND you can quickly just get some new Kroners to replace and use in your routine. Just, IMHO. Mike

PLEASE PLEASE EVERYONE-put your mind in the eyes of the spec. You don't care if it is the magicians money. Why, on the DVD(which is awesome!) Greg performs this and asks everyone if he wants to use THEIR money-they always say no. this effect kills. I know those tricks where they seem to suck at first-but when you try it out, the reactions are phenominal!(sp?)

If we do mean the same techique, I agree with you. Between Hundy 500 and Slo Burn. I like Hundy 500 better because of no angle problems. I like Slo Burn better because of how the change spectators see takes place. I combined both together with EZ Money. |

Indeed. This is one of my most talked about tricks. I'm always being asked to "do the hundred's trick."
Just think of the simplicity. The spectators examine some of the bills. You roll up your sleeves. They see the fronts and backs of every single bill. You do the change. They see that every front and back of each bill has changed, and can examine some of those bills. Its so simple in effect. You simply cannot go wrong with this. |
