Ah Yes -- the wonderful world of introspection. A magician with a conscience. Of all things...to ask if deception is exempt from judgment if one does it for one's own amusement -- or the entertainment of the confused and probably wicked anyway.
It reminds me of one of my favorite phrases in life: "The worm that destroys you is the temptation to agree with your critics to get their approval." Those words, BTW were written by Thomas Harris, for the character Clarice Straling in "Hannibal." Sleep well.
