Allen Zingg has issued an item called "The Tibetan Wishing Box." It is a nicely made hardwood box with stars and fretwork in the top, which allows the spectator to think he or she can see inside it. Its unique construction is such that "wishes" in the form of billets can appear inside the box, as can signed playing cards and other small objects.

It is small enough to carry without causing discomfort or unsightly jacket bulge.

Included are plenty of routines to delight mentalist and bizarrist alike.

Highly recommended.

I "played" with one at Stevens Magic for the purposes of writing up the ad copy for them. It also makes for a great card in the box, without having to mess with a gimick. Bill is right, the gimick is hidden in plain sight. I was impressed.
