Just got the Xpert today...a true utility advice...far from a trick, but an absolute wonderfully ingenious innovation nonetheless!! anyways I was wondering if anyone would offer new tips/ideas on this subject...without giving away the secret...just beat around the bush, or PM me!
I think its a dream come true for coins/coin bending routines, but would like other vibes to think about..Ive been trying to come with new twists all day...so far I have a bad case of "magicians block,"... give me some new "one ahead" ideas will ya??!:) |

I've read some other posts about the xpert and seen some interesting effects, but I think it will be hard to beat teh coin bending (or simple transpositon) routine included with the instructions. Huge impact.
PS: make sure you store your xpert properly to prolong its life. Cheers, Tiki |

Ok, I thought of a few....
I take 7 quarters and give them to the spec...telling him that theres 2 dollars worth...take one, inital...place back...and have him count and look for the signed quarter..gone..in their pocket. I have performed a similar effect with the coins also...without the xpert, you can still intital their coins, perform french drop, disappearing the coin... reappears in their pocket... also, using the "one ahead" and the one way force deck, along w/ 3 (laminated) post card type things...use the force deck to correctly predict their card...the rest works by itself... |

Go to penguin magic's site... type in Xpert, and watch the demo... you still may not be able to catch on to the gimmick by watching the demo, but the effect given therein is one of the strongest... whether you watch it or not... buy the XPERT!!!
Ok, I'm talking to myself here, ....oh well. Got another idea.... using "coin unique," or "dime and penny," mark spectators coin w/Xpert, make it disappear, reappears on their person.... I have also found that any cheap playing cards that are plastic coated work perfect.... also, for the one ahead routine, I bought some computer photo paper, it comes in 20 sheets, and I cut them down to make playing card size pieces... they work great also.... |
