Any two card transpo. Specifically one where two selected cards change places in the hands of two spectators. (Similar to the trick seen in Street Magic w/ David Blaine, but w/ two spectators instead of one) (you have to force the second card btw).

Guys,
I have one question: Dream of Aces can be performed close up? Thanks, Alfredo

You can't beat B'Wave and NFW...They are great little packet tricks that when presented well, always blow spectators away. Also, 2wenty1 (Twenty one) by JBMagic is a nice one too.

Mr. Wilker,
you tend to use the search function very much when answering questions - why can't you just post the url for the spesific search, rather than posting every url in itself, would be a space-saver, and wouldn't be so annoying With respect, Samuel

You can get this reaction from both laymen and spectators if you perform Michael Close's "Frog Prince".

Samuel,
The reason I don't post the search url is because not all of them are relevant to the topic. When searching for favorite card tricks, there are a lot of threads like: "What's your favorite salad?" or "What's your favorite method for changing a tire?" I think I missed one or two in that list of links, but when I searched for favorite, I got almost 1,000 results (I think), and had to go through them and filter out the multiple posts, irrelevant topics, etc. That's because I made the list before Gene installed the new search engine, which made it a lot harder. Now that you can search for topics instead of individual posts, I might do what you suggested, to avoid unnecessary headaches. Thanks for the suggestion. Shane Wiker |
