There was an terrorist attack in Madagascar recently!
I like to wake up an hour or two early and spend that time in very light sleep. I must get at least 10 -15 dream bursts like that.

Sometimes I will be in the middle of a dream and all of a sudden realize that I am in a dream, anyone else ever do this?
Have any of you ever wake up from a dream, get out of bed to get a drink of water or use the restroom, then go back to bed an immediately pick up where you left off in your dream? I have done this many times and always know when this is happening. Is this maybe just another form of sleepwalking? Iven

I often realize in the course of a dream that I am dreaming. This usually happens when I'm having an unpleasant dream. I have also picked up a dream where it left off---usually if I wake briefly to roll over or something like that. You raise a good question, too. I have also wondered if I have been sleep-walking when I keep dreaming while getting up thru the night or pick up a dream again.

My dreams are usually vivid and more often than not involve trains with no brakes! Also, contrary to popular belief, my dreams are much better after having a wee nightcap of cheese!

Anybody dream in color?
Will you walk into my parlour? said the Spider to the Fly,
Tis the prettiest little parlour that ever you did spy; The way into my parlour is up a winding stair, And I've a many curious things to show when you are there. Oh no, no, said the little Fly, to ask me is in vain, For who goes up your winding stair -can ne'er come down again. |

I don't know if I dream in color all of the time. Once I had taste in a dream, I was eating a candy cigarette and I remember very vividly tasting it. I have never tasted in a dream since and even though taste and smell are nearly the same signal to the brain, I have never had the sense of smell in a dream. Has anyone ever fire a handgun or rifle in a dream. I find it very hard to pull the trigger and once the hammer is down the actual firing of the weapon is a little delayed. Iven

I often, if not always dream in color. I can smell, taste, and feel completely. I've never fired a gun in a dream, but I often find myself fighting or running, and when I attempt to do either of these, everything moves in slow motion. Lately I have been dreaming a lot about tumbling down a very small chute, or something like that. It's not so much like falling as it is like a form of transportation. ????
