I have several DF cards that are same/same. What kind of effects are these good for? I guess my creativity meter is a little low right now.
I need a stage name.

Running gag? The selected card could constantly turn face up after it was turned face down.
Openly put the regular, matching card in pocket. Have it jump to deck (DL), turn it face down (DL?), have it turn face up, back to pocket. I dunno? |

You get a bunch of DF's that are the same on both sides in every DF deck, I think they are the 10-King of Diamonds/Clubs. Someone I know uses them as a prediction. Get a double backer (red one side, blue other), place is face down (how else hehe) on table as a prediction. Force the double facer from a deck of the opposite colour showing on the table, put it slightly side-jogged on top of the facedown(?) card and as you turn over slide the cards in opposite directions, looks like you are showing two different cards.
Simple... but can be effective. If you're worried bout clean up Tenkai switch them or something, shouldn't be too hard.
