Once the coins are locked, is it natural for you to hear a tiny rattling sound if you shake the coin? I'm just wondering if I got a set that was not made correctly. It locks perfectly, it just when you shake it you can hear the tiny rattling of the smaller shells inside. Thus, making this not so examinable. Thanks!

I jhad the same problem. I found out that the dime (in $1.35) would rattle inside if I didn't COMPLETELY lock the gimmick. I foundthe dime would often slide out of the grove and block the coin from being locked all the way. Hope this helps.

Try putting the dime in facing the opposite direction from the rest of the nest.

If I pay for a quality coin gaff set from Johnson, they hopefully will be doing the switching for me...not Bobo
