I want to change my information on the website http://www.kids-party.com. Emails do not get through. Phoning the lady gets the message "The number you dial has not been recognized". I still get work from the site. I haven't been able to make contact for a few years. Anyone know anything about this?

I have seen this website before Kevin. I personally don't 'subscribe' either to free or paid ads on these sort of sites. I do however notice the ever increasing number of Directories as far apart as Las Vegas and Germany that we seem to appear in without any choice.

This is something I feel needs addressing on the internet, as it is another example of infringing upon people's rights.

You know, if you built enough search information into your own website you can beat 95% of these directories in listings.

I'd keep e-mailing them on different days (otherwise their spam filter might cut in on you).

When it first came out a few years ago, just after I went full time, I paid to have my banner ad on that site, I've never re-newed the subscription but the banner is still there. It looks like the person who built the site got fed up, and realised that they were not making any money out of it and gave up. leaving it to just sit there.

I think that is the case here as Clive mentioned. It happens all the time. If your info. is up there, then consider it free ad space that you really are not paying for any longer.
