Can someone guide me to a good set of the linking ropes. It's the one where you have 3 pieces of rope and each rope measures about 3 feet in length and the one rope has a magnet on both ends and the other 2 ropes are just regular ropes. I have a magnetic rope that is made very sloppy.

This isn’t what you are asking for, but might be what you need. Rope magnets will allow you to set up your own gimmick and make it with whatever rope you like best.

Hi tbaer,
magictricks.com has a decent set of linking ropes for about $20. Regards, Barry Moran |

Does anyone know of a linking ropes routine that starts with ungimmicked, examined ropes tied into loops and then a subtle means of switching in the gimmicked rope ?

There is a "Anytime Any Where Linking Ropes", by Wayne Raeke.
No gimmicks, can be done with borrowed ropes I forget where I bought it from. John
