Where would be a good place to start learning about fire magic? Are there any books or videos that stand out as a good starting point to learn how to use flash paper and flash cotton? I looked at Penguin's site and felt over loaded. Nothing jumped out as "start here."

Thanks in advance.

There is no catch all. Each act involving fire should be treated as vastly different things. Fire eating, spitting fire, juggling torches, ect.

Flash paper is a good start. With just flash paper you will unintentionally damage props at some point.

And there is also Jay Sankey's FIRESTARTERS dvd as well.. Which has a lot of good effects in it. Am guessing it might still be available.
