I've been looking around the forums as well as websites and other places, and have really liked my Invisible Loops and such. I plan on buying an ITR in the future, but don't want to spend a lot of money on one (Bye Bye Spider Pen). I know peope are refering to the 'Original ITR'. What is that? Also are the ITR 2000 and the ITR Super 2000 good? Any feedback would be good. And also, I would be buying Ammar's ETMTM with it

You can get spider pen on ebay for $35 or so.

OK I hear a lot about the spider pen. My question is besides the obvious what separates this one from all the other ITRs?

Some basic differences are: it looks and writes like a pen! It's the easiest to repair, it's totally silent and motorized, it has a build in "tool kit", and it keeps even pressure on the thread.

Is it possible to perform a trick "bolt and nut" with a Spider Pen? Or, should I buy UFC (but I am afraid it is out of stock everywhere or maybe its production is suspended for a possible trouble)?

While I haven't tried the bolt and nut trick with the Spider Pen, a "conventional" ITR does work. Michael Ammar demonstrates this trick (based on Finn Jon's) on one of his Easy to Master Thread Miracles videos. He uses an ITR to accomplish this feat.

And another question: Generally speaking, is the Spider pen suitable for a mouvement, not only for a levitation effect? More precisely, 1) is the moter power sufficient to mouve an object?; 2) how manipulate the switch while everyone pays attention to the magicien's hands?

Should I buy UFC (but out of Stock everywhere!) or ESR for mouvement effects?

Does anyone know where I can find UFC? I tried a lot of shops, but I'v got no positive answer. Is this out of stock? Why? Any trouble? Or just because of its commercial success?

Adam, if you are interested in the "Original ITR", then check out: http://sorcery.safeshopper.com . You might want to consider buying Michael Ammar's ETMTM first, as this will give you a good overview of the different ITRs available and why one might be better for you that another. Just a thought.

I stick with the The Sorcery Shop's "Micro ITR" It has served me very well over the years.

MagoStevo, if you do a search for 'Spider Pen' and then 'ITR' you will get lots of info. From my own personal experience each device has it's own use. ITRs are self powered, but limited in other ways. Each size of ITR has it's own strengths and weaknesses, but they all have a place. The Spider pen is great, but again, useful for some things, not for others. If possible, go to a good magic store and they can help you decide which one to start with.
