I wonder of the device and technology discussed in the article at the above URL is the same type of "silent subliminal" technology developed by the engineer from Norcross, Georgia (USA) whose invention was purportedly used in the Gulf War of 1991 and (so it's claimed) induced many Iraqi soldiers to surrender.

The only reason you are wondering about the device is because I am using the device right now, suggesting that you are wondering about the device. My next suggestion using the device is that you do not believe I am using the device.
Wow, I can see by my read out that the device is working perfectly. You never know. Just kidding... Or am I? |

Don't you think if that actually happened and worked that they would have used it by now in the latest Iraq war? Just a though...
perhaps that is what they want me to think... |

" I sense a little confusion here so let me clarify: The "silent subliminal" technology WAS used in Gulf War I during the early-1990s. A number of references to its use are easily accessible online. The URL I posted to the article deals with the domed-shaped "poppers" being used in Iraq NOW. Therefore, it's clear (whether or not they use the same technology) that "psychotronic" devices were, in fact, used by the US in *both* wars.

Just a thought. If you are interested in influencing spectators on a subconcious level you might want to check out Kenton Kneppers Wonder Words. Using language patterns to change spectators impressions memories etc. We are bombarded by so much input nowadays I think verbal deception is probably more effective.

The devices are only being used to block the magic spells being cast by the occultists opposed to the light of truth. They contain rare earth crystals, tuned to a frequency of 7 hrz which block all the negative spiritual energy wedgies. When the aliens land all will be revealed, patience young padawan.
And stop sending me all those 11:11 occurances. I mean come on every day there it is 11:11. Close that cosmic doorway someone its getting drafty. Peace, |

There are similar devices used here in the UK,
Also domed shaped they are becoming more and more of a threat to how we behave. Known by various different names; boobs, breasts, knockers, tits, baps and "jugs" (to name but a few) These sinister devices are becoming more and more wide spread. Effecting mostly the male gender these contraptions cause a mixture of confusion, tunnel vision, erratic and nervous laughter, bodily swelling (ofen localised in the most sensitive areas) and almost certainly an inabilty to utilize logic. The vast majority of women use these devilish mind-control devices without fear or guilt - creating an increasing number of men with the mental capacity of zombies and the self-awareness of a whelk. |

Ouch!
That WAS funny. You know, these "boobs" "Jugs" etc devices are said to have a direct link to intelligence..... The bigger they are, the stupider I act! |

These devices also have another; even more sinister effect upon those males linked to a significant other female.
When these weapons of mass-distraction are employed upon the unsuspecting and weak-minded (men) the attention they gather has the effect of turning the female of the partnership into a killing machine capable of unleashing attacks (physical, mental and auditory) of unparalleled ferocious aggression...be warned. I have taken it upon my self to attempt to personally examined these "WMD" up-close and record them in alarming detail...I will keep you informed. If I do not post again...consider me lost in action (what a way to go). Good luck!
