Hi guys,

Sorry if this comes across as "spam" but I know a lot of people on here have pre-ordered Beyond ESP 2 cards. Just to apologise for the delay with these and to say they are shipping out today.

We spent a bit of extra time which we feel has made the final product even better. The final booklet contains routines from Banachek, Lee Earle, Richard Osterlind, Michael Murray, Scott Drebus and Wayne Dobson.

Those in the USA should receive their cards late next week. Those in the UK early next week.

Take care guys!
Paul

N1, I was hoping they might ship early this month.

The Postman has just handed these to me and wow, these are really nice. If you use ESP cards at all then I would suggest getting these.
The quality and look of these cards is amazing and finally, ESP cards which come with a nice box.

For the cost of these you get a lot for your money. You get two sets of cards, a few extra cards, along with several other extras including a very nice, high quality booklet containing routines and information.

Now I'm going to read a little further, I'm sure a real review will be posted later after people have had time to really check them out.

I agree DYL. The print quality is fantastic. The box design looks like the real thing, if ever there was one. I love the routines, particularly rhe Lee Earle one. When Michael showed me it I was blown away.

Best,
Kennedy

In terms of the "means of using them"....how do they compare with the first series?

Easier to utilise? Harder? About the same? Still as innocent looking? Quicker identification? Plain backs?

Thanks

The main differences are:

More gaffs
The backs don't mark with your finger print any more. that was my main crit with the first set, when you handled them the grease of your hands made marks. This is no longer the case
They are printed by the USPCC
More routines and additions to the old ones
A box to keep them in which looks like they are really used for testing ESP

For the ££ they really are worth it, in my opinion of course.

Best,
Kennedy

Just a short note regarding Harry R's testing of the X-pert! I have advised Harry to send back the cards which have been ruined for exchange, and would advise that no one attempts to use an x-pert on them until we get a chance to look into this. The x-pert was designed to work with bicycle cards from the USPCC and since the beyond ESP2 cards were printed on USPCC card stock we had wrongly assumed that it would work with them also. Please accept my sincere apologies for any confusion caused! We shall make sure that all future purchasers of beyond esp2 are aware of this fact and thank you for bringing it to our attention! Regards Michael

It was my understanding that Xpert NEVER worked with Bicycle cards. I was aware of this since it was first released. The cheaper laminated cards seem to work well.

I found the Mk.1 Esp cards worked pretty well with Xpert.

Card companies have more than one type of card stock!
the Beyond ESP 2 stock is casino stock which is not the same as Bicycle stock.

* Holds hands up *

The Xpert blunder is completely my fault. I wrote the booklet (pretty much) and I had read on TalkMagic that Tom had some success using it with the Mk1 cards. I wrongly assumed it would work with the Mk2's also, therefore I thought it might be nice to include in the instructions. I have included an ammendment with every set from now on.

Magicbox.uk.com will distribute to anywhere in the wrold, check out their website.

These cards are, in my opinion, the best marked ESP deck there is, if anyoen is using a deck of ESP cards they should be using these fellars. They look like they;re straight out of the ESP testing lab.

Best,
Kennedy

I love these too. The guys at the MagicBox have done a great job once again! When I first heard of these I thought that they would cost a fortune but the price is incredible!

If you havent got these then get them...

I just got these today after reading the raving reviews in this thread. I'd have to say this is one of the best products I've ever bought. For starters, the box looks legit. It looks like something the International Paranormal Research Association would actually produce. The cards themselves look perfect. I have an ESP deck with a Bicycle back, which doesn't make much sense. These do. I looked for the markings as soon as I took them out of the box and couldn't find them. I feel stupid for not spotting them, but if I can't, then spectators certainly won't. And this is a minor point (more like a pet peeve) but the wavy lines in some ESP deck don't look right to me. It's a purely aesthetic and personal thing. The wavy lines in the Beyond ESP2 deck look graphically consistent with the other symbols.

You get two decks - one solid black back, one solid red back, as well as several gaffs. The fact that Richard Osterlind, Lee Earle and Banachek amongst others felt strongly enough about Beyond ESP2 cards to include routines says a lot about these. On top of it all, the booklet is extremely well produced.

I'm glad that http://www.Magicbox.uk.com is the exclusive distributor for these. They're way too good to be sold through every online shop!

I bought this a while back(preordered) from Magicbox.uk. The cards are nice. The booklet is nicely produced. The markings on the cards aren't obvious like on the Royal(Fun Inc.) cards. The first time I looked at the Royal cards I saw the markings. I didn't even know they were marked when I bought them. I saw the blemish in the printing then figured they were marked. The Beyond ESP2 card markings are almost too hard to spot even when you know what to look for. The original Rhine cards seem to be found only by the elite magicians. The bicycle cards seem to tip Magic not ESP. This product is a good option. It is also now available from none other than HOCUS POCUS here in the USA. Apparently no longer a Magicbox.uk exclusive.

I have actually found the markings easier to pick up from a distance! And my eyesight is not that good.

Standing at a table that the cards are lying on allows me to quickly read the back. That is why I came up with the routine included.
