Losing Control
I use the flourishes we all do around here to "control" the cards. Enjoy! http://www.ewizardmagic.com/losingcontrol.wmv Feedback is welcome.

Thanks guys.
No speeding up here, I only used windows movie maker, so you can only speed up by 2x....that would look stupidly fast. I like those couches...very comfortable:) Jason

Well, if you didn't speed that up, that's fantastic workmanship.

I love the bit where you split the deck into four packets that form a square, then a fifth packet enters the middle of the square. When you split them apart and then just sort of roll them back together it just looks whacky - I love it!
What's that particular flourish called? |

Interesting...that would be nice if so. The Buck Twins are going to be in my home city of Atlanta in a few months at the Anatomy of Magic convention (along with Ammar and Jeff McBride!) I hadn't heard of the Buck Twins to be honest but after looking at that I'm starting to really look forward to seeing them.

Nice. Many Ferrari 360s tho. The packet flip throw(or whatever it's called, I forgot, it's the last move in Ferrari) can be better. I thought you did it well in ur "shot in the dark" vid? Oh, is it because of the cast or closer range? Anyway, overall nice video and the "packet flip throw" can be practised with rubber banding the packet to avoid the frustration of picking the spattered cards everytime the packet misses.
