I was wondering, since I have been getting more serious with coin magic, I have purchased Revo Coin Magic by Sankey, and Expert Coin Magic Made Easy by Roth. Also I just got my Johnson cig thru quarter and a set of Okito boxes and others. I Am in the process of ordering Roth's magic with these items. But is there an e-book out there?

If you don't already have Bobo, it is available as an e-book from Lybrary.com. However, it is the shorter first edition, not the longer second edition. Although it doesn't have many of the newer Okito moves and steals, it's a good place to start.
I'd also recommend Volumes 1 and 2 of David Roth's "Ultimate Coin Magic" on DVD, which covers the Okito Box in detail, as well as the Cig Thru Quarter and many other gaffed coins. See http://themagicwarehouse.com/vidco2.html#dv9604 The Okito Box material is also covered in Roth's book, "Expert Coin Magic," which I believe is now out of print but still available in some magic stores. But the DVD is more accessible and in my opinion, just as good a learning tool if not better. SETH

Good Okito box routines are few and far between. Stay away from penguin and check some of the classic stuff. Geoff Latta had a few thing swith the okito box as does Mike Gallo. If you can find it Reinhard Mueller had a video on the okito box that was the best out there.

I don't think that Roth's Expert Coin Magic is available as an e-book, but if you're serious about okito routines then it's THE book to get. It may be out of print, but you can get it from kbmagic.com or magicbooksbypost, they both ship internationally.

I believe the Roth book will be reprinted by Kaufman very soon. Coinmagic was just reprinted. The magazine Apocalypse had some nice coin box stuff in it.
As to the Roth book as an e-book... not officially as far as I know.
...to all the coins I've dropped here
