I paid for the Universe download on 2/21/05 and I have NEVER recieved the download from him. Any updates on Bob's whereabouts or status? He has NOT responded to any of my emails....

Why should you be any different? (grin) Seriously, Bob is known for terrible customer service. Please don't get me started. Suffice it to say that I will never buy anything directly from Bob Cassidy. His stuff is good but if I can't buy it from a 3rd party, I'll just pass on it. Life is too short to get frustrated by this guy. Mike P.S. As far as Bob Cassidy is concerned, its been less than one week since you paid and not received your merchandise. Heck, on "Bob Cassidy Time", that's faster than the speed of light!!

I´ve just entered the username and password and it is working as usual. Try to enter it in small case letter. Maybe that's the problem. Best, Alfredo

One way of getting Bobs' attention is to ask for a PAYPAL refund via the PAYPAL site.
I've had to do that on one occassion after a three month wait. He was kind enough to send a personal apology for the delay, as well as to send me three e-books as an apology for the delay. Well worth the wait. As "slow" as he might be, the material is rather excellent, and, from what I can gather, his delivery services are a tad faster than Strivings. |
